  • Minimum 1-2+ years of experience working with a full suite HRIS or ERP platform (Dynamics 365, preferred)
  • Proven ability to execute test plans/cases in accordance with best practices & techniques, gather metrics, record raw data, and prepare test results
  • Strong testing skills and the desire and ability to find bugs before our customers and partners do
  • Knowledge of all aspects of testing products: Functional, Performance, Scalability, Security, Usability, etc.
  • A basic knowledge of the X++ language and the basics of Dynamics architecture are a plus
  • Proven experience driving quality for complex features with many dependencies
  • Ability to collaborate and brainstorm in a dynamic team environment

A year in the life:

  • Maintain QA platforms (VSTS), environments, and tools for Elevate HR software modules
  • Work side-by-side with Software Developers, Architects, DBAs, and Requirements Analysts to identify root causes and develop solutions for program defects
  • Create, build, and execute test plans, scripts, and test harnesses
  • Interpret written business requirements and technical documents drafted by others in order to conduct appropriate QA test activities
  • Analyze test coverage and results to ensure functionality, proper integration, data integrity, and accuracy
  • Execute functional, application, performance, and regression tests
  • Maintain appropriate scripts and test documentation in VSTS
  • Report any defects or bugs in Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365, as may be uncovered during QA tasks, to Microsoft using standard defect reporting mechanisms
  • Learn and stay current with related technologies and services in our field, including earning Microsoft and Elevate HR certifications as required
