Elevate HR offers on-going support to Customers and Partners

For customers, we offer post-implementation support services to ensure you get a timely response to issues that may come up in production. We offer a single point of contact for support issues. In many cases, your primary Microsoft Partner will serve as first point of contact on post-implementation support, and in these cases Elevate HR serves as Tier 2 or Tier 3 support.

For Microsoft Partners, we offer support services during implementations, Tier 2 or Tier 3 support for your direct-to-customer post-implementation support services (mentioned above), as well as presales and training support services.  Please see Become a Partner.
